Q: My order has been shipped but I still can't track it. How do I find out where my order is?
- Tracking information will not be updated until your order has been shipped and scanned by the delivery company. Your tracking number will be sent via email to the address that is listed in your account; please make sure to check your spam folders in case the email gets filtered.
Q: What is your minimum order?
- The minimum order requirement is $50.00 USD.
Q: How long does it take to process an order?
- One Coatli has a daily order cutoff time of 1:00 PM (PST). Any order received after the cutoff time will be processed the next business day.
All express/priority shipping methods are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day the order is processed. (As long as the order is in before the cutoff, it will be shipped the same day.)
All other shipping methods will be shipped by the next business day.
Q: How do I register and make an account?
- Going into the register in the beginning or at the before checking out.
Q: What happens if a product I order is out of stock?
- Occasionally we find an item is out of stock or discontinued while processing the order. In this case, we will contact/or send you a notice that one (or some) of items you ordered is out of stock. We will only ship the items that are in stock, and you we will receive not be charged items that has not been shipped.
Q: I am an international customer, and my order needs to be shipped outside the United States. Will I be charged additional duties or taxes?
- All international shipments are shipped DDU (Duties and Taxes, Unpaid). Customers will be solely responsible for duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, and taxes.
Q: If I start on an order online and do not finish will my cart be saved automatically?
- Yes, your order will be saved.
